so our conversations are usually like dat. because i've started speech therapy, now he talks in 4-5 word sentences depending upon the mood.
but i never get pissed off with the conversations/ his doubts/ replies. i answer most of his "y's " with great patience.
in a day out of 100 replies 90 will be either 'ya! / y?'.
and his mum has cum to know abt this recently and i've requested her to ask Q's in which he has no scope to say ya!
after inquiring the hostel warden and his peers ...it is understood that this is child is fascinated with the way an american english teacher (here in the boys hostel )says 'ya!' over the fone and in direct talks/ convo's with ppl.
so M immitates his ya! he likes the way he says ya! and he likes to say ya! for woteva Q being asked.
lols...i was almost dead withe the way he used the word 'ya' with his mum i the above mentioned convo.

so everything with him and me at my workplace is enjoyable. after working with him restlessly...i dont really feel restless.

he's just 1 for me and am just 1 spl educator for him...but together v have loads of fun.

my spl ed lab....my establishment...

number wall, dart board (for eye-hand co-ordination)

white board, tiger, names (my student's his dad's and mum's) on the chart are smudged, magic colors, alphabet chart, line patterns chart. the child sits on a mat (on the floor) and writes on the charts(-set according to his siting ht )..his wish of writing on the wall will b fulfilled...\m/

counting leaves on a plant....as he learns more numbers... the plant grows..with more leaves

chalk painting on the floor

blind-fold used as a punishment tool and also for playing various games.

his free-hand drawings. he's gonna rock as he grows up....

2,3,5 reversals remedy by psychomotor training using painting technique.

he made these clay models with my help. just single instruction and verbal prompts. he's just amazing.

look at the boy standing beside the tree....it's him near the swimming pool it seems. outstanding imagination and expression. also u can see, a bird, flower, and a house n his cycle and car.

M...counting the beads and checking his answers. self monitoring.

joining dots ...for improving handwriting, better eye-hand co-ordination,etc etc

look at the way he filled the colors...a spl child and his talent in coloring with in the pic..woo. leaf with crayon and grapes with sketch pen. i wrote the comments and observations with pen...for my record work.

Dance n a Chance

Dance is an art. Dance is also an interest and it's a kind of 'drive'. I wanna learn to dance. Dance is instinctive at times. It comes from within when we are extremely happy...yeah?? I'm easily susceptible to dance. I know am not good in dancing but wheneva I dance, I do it whole heartedly and I enjoy thoroughly each n every movement n step.
But now, I desperately want to learn to dance in a systematic and in a meaningful way. I believe just like yoga and music I can use dance for a noble purpose. I want to include dance and movement in special education a part of curative education.  dance has it's own therapeutic values, especially our own Indian classical dance. I'm looking fwd to meet a person who has studied dance for quite sometime and has adequate knowledge about various dances.
I know that dance can't be learned so easily, it's a kind of blessing and can be attained only if we truely dedicate ourselves...body, mind and spirit towards it. I think it's like getting attached with the divinity. It appears to be a service and an offering to the god and spirituality. It must be giving some kind of unexplainable pleasure, happiness and satisfaction when danced by forgetting ourselves. I want to enjoy such mo(ve) ments.
Dance is a kind of communication. In one of my previous posts I've talked about Indian and American sign languages. Just like that Dance also a kind of language. I want to learn those mudras and their meanings in depth. I want to communicate with my peers and special kids in a special way. Though it's funny and weird for some ppl, it is very very meaningful and sacred for me. I've respect for all kinds of dances since they bring about some kind of joy and act like a stress-buster to the dancer as well as the spectator.
When I start my special school I'll definitely include dance as a compulsive curative education. If I'm lucky and try my best, I'd love to meet this beautiful experimental dancer and take some tips and follow them whenever and wherever required.

Happy dancing....

everynyt in my dreams....

everynight in my dreams i used c u , i used to feel u,n dat's how i used to know u,,,,,(gone now)....  :P
lols....my dreamboy vanished...now he's no more in my dreams. try to make a weird guess about the replacement of my dreamboy. muhahhahaaha!!!!! to mine and every1s surprise...dese days very frequently n regularly i'm seeing yellow colored heavy machinery, bulldozers, road rollers, etc...try to chase me n kill me. luckily i escaped n survived till now in my dreams. :P ;). so lately i've developed some kinda phobia over this stupidest color 'yellow'.
the beauty here is..my new special student knows n loves only dis dirty n scary yellow color. woteva he has n wants to have is just 'yellow'...aaaah... yellow yellow dirty fellow.
the positive side of my student- liking this color is...he made me realize that i cant escape from anything..not even a simple color.
colors are something abstract. they dont have any form n are dependents. this yellow color wen i see it on heavy machinery/ bull dozers/etc...it scares me my a** off, even in reality now-a-days. on the other side, i feel so cheerful and kool to show my student small yellow flowers, butterflies in the lawns and gardens of our school. he feels so gud. he knows only yellow color. so u ask him wot is the color of sky/tree/blood/ tshirt/ milk etc...the only obvious answer from him is 'yellow'.
even though i get goosebumps allover to touch a yellow crayon/ sketchpen/pencil now i'm planning to buy yellow stuff slowly to overcome this unusual fear in me for this yellow color from which i can neva practically escape.
another change in me is ...now am not interested in knowing wot my dreams meant. coz  my dreams are leaving me only with traumatized body, mind and spirit...i used to get scared that my dreams (most of them) used to come true(dreams are good and bad as well). so i thought i shouldn't give any damn thought to my dreams that i see wen am asleep. (clarity :P). u know wot at times i used to remember 'the final destination' movie wenava i see dreams.
now i think i shd take an oath that i shd stop thinking abt wot my dreams meant and start thinking why v dream, so that i can control my dreams if possible.
that's al for now, more next.
it's time for me to get to bed. good night and sweet dreams. :P ;)

sans.

PS: i miss u so much

easy....easy....

i watched this movie..PS: i love you twice recently. i liked two dialogues very much and a dialogue made me go hate it. and that dialogue is said by the heroin t her friend (bartender) that 'women donot know what exactly they want'. this is absolute crap. I know what exactly i want. may be i dont know what i deserve and what i'm gonna get, but yeah..i know what exactly i want. getting what i want is a different issue. passing a statement is so easy? generalization of something/ some1 is so easy??

very recently i understood and experienced dat, it is also so easy to misunderstand someone without even understanding some simple facts even after knowing each other for a longtime. bull crap.

y do ppl find it so difficult to understand others..atleast their near n dear ones? is it becoz dey dont try to or they dont want to? woteva...i hate to b misunderstood by any1. i just hate it. i try to b very very clear n transparent to many n yet if dose ppl mistake me n misunderstand me.then i dont understand if i was wrong in my expression or if it's d fault of the opposite person's reception. so very disgusting. i wonder if this happens to me alone or wot?

ppl who cheer me are very few n if they without deir knowledge n mere carelessness slip deir tongue without a thought,,,,,it hurts my self esteem.

the child (i)n me....the gal (i)n me are badly badly hurt now.
god save me n my ppl. give us a sigh.

my prayers to u god......
dear god...
please give me a chance to get addicted,
addicted to my work n fully dedicated.
let the child (i)n me be safe and happy,
also let the gal (i)n me be safe and happy.
let not anything to reach our hearts n brains,
for we cant bare any more hardships or pains.
we need inner peace, and that eternal peace,
give us another chance 2 say cheese n cheers.
let not the smiles fade away,
disappoint us in no way.
let things be easy...
let me be easy easy....
amen!
.....

aweee so beautiful..

god has heard my prayers, my efforts have received due results. life has become beautiful.
I got a new job and am happily placed in my love city Bangalore. feeling as if im lucky...yeah am lucky. yay!
Life is beautiful, but i dont really believe in my happiness and the beauty.
hope things remain stable for sometime, so dat i can enjoy n then..i'l again surrender myself to my work n ill-luck.
