friEND of mine

A friend of mine told me...'people at times behave weird just to avoid some ppl'. it seems it's one of the easiest methods to get rid of ppl. Initially  I couldn't believe it, later I gave it a fraction of thought, and felt that may be he's right. Now it's sounding as absolute truth. ppl who lack expression are weird and make ppl run away. I've accepted and witnessed it.

A friend of mine told me 'life is short and enjoy every moment of it'. Initially I couldn't believe it, Later when things are going wrong I'm finding the first half of his statement so very true. Why is life so short?

A friend of mine told me that 'life is simple n we make things complicated'. Initially my life was simple and I was a happy princess. But now I'm afraid if  I'm really making my life complicated and there is really no mental peace..forget about happiness.

A friend of mine told me 'nothing in this world is permanent'. There are certain things about me that I've been trying to get out of it, but failing. Initially I thought I've total control over myself, my attitude, feelings, emotions, etc. But now I think I'm realizing that control over me by me is not really permanent.

A friend of mine havent told me this but i've learnt from him that 'life is free to live and costs nothing'. Initially I found it so true and followed it. Now am realizing that it costs a lot and I've to pay it all by myself.

A friend of mine has made me see the end of mine so easily but bitterly.
But the end of mind is not friend of mine...and it'll b better for me if i'm least bothered about it.....

just ~~tell me, who are you?~~

who are you...
the hunger in me?
or the languor me?
tell me, who are you?

who are you...
the thirst in me?
or the first love in me?
tell me, who are you?

who are you...
are you my mirror?
or the abject terror?
tell me, who are you?

who are you...
are you my mind?
or am i out of my mind?
tell me, who are you?

who are you...
you became a slow poison,
yet i dint go crimson!
tell me, who are you?

who are you...
you make me so weak,
and i still love this freak.
tell me, who are you?

who are you...
you came as my patrol,
took over my control.
tell me who are you?

who are you...
yevvaru nuvvu...?
nannu dochukunnavu..
tell me, who are you?

who are you...
you took away my beautiful life,
and gave me yet another wonderful life.
tell me, who are you?

ohhh!!! what to do????

There will definitely be "do's and dont's" for almost everything. Only thing is, most of us are unaware of them. Lack of awareness can have various reasons and nobody can be blamed for this. instead i feel we have start creating awareness. this post is 1 such trial.
I have prioritized the needs n starting with....the management of.....

Epileptic Seizure:
(click on blue words for more details)
An epileptic seizure, occasionally referred to as a fit, is defined as a transient symptom of "abnormal excessive or synchronous neuronal activity in the brain" (in layman terms..extra discharge of current in the brain.). The outward effect can be as dramatic as a wild thrashing movement or as mild as a brief loss of awareness. It can manifest as an alteration in mental state, tonic or clonic movements, convulsions, and various other psychic symptoms (such as déjà vu or jamais vu).

The medical syndrome of recurrent, unprovoked seizures is termed epilepsy, but seizures can occur in people who do not have epilepsy.

About 4% of people will have an unprovoked seizure by the age of 80 and yet the chance of experiencing a second seizure is between 30% and 50%.

Treatment may reduce the chance of a second one by as much as half. Most single episode seizures are managed by primary care physicians (emergency or general practitioners), whereas investigation and management of ongoing epilepsy is usually by neurologists. Difficult-to-manage epilepsy may require consultation with an epileptologist, a neurologist with an interest in epilepsy.

Signs and symptoms

Seizures can cause involuntary changes in body movement or function, sensation, awareness, or behavior. Seizures are often associated with a sudden and involuntary contraction of a group of muscles and loss of consciousness. However, a seizure can also be as subtle as a fleeting numbness of a part of the body, a brief or long term loss of memory, visual changes, sensing/discharging of an unpleasant odor, a strange epigastric sensation, or a sensation of fear and total state of confusion. A seizure can last from a few seconds to status epilepticus, a continuous seizure that will not stop without intervention. Therefore seizures are typically classified as motor, sensory, autonomic, emotional or cognitive. After a seizure, while the brain is recovering, there can be a transient loss of memory; usually the short term memory.

There are certain things like "warning sensations" which are called aura. (An aura is the perceptual disturbance experienced by some migraine sufferers before a migraine headache, and the telltale sensation experienced by some people with epilepsy before a seizure. It often manifests as the perception of a strange light, an unpleasant smell or confusing thoughts or experiences. Some people experience aura without a subsequent migraine or seizure).Having or experiencing an Aura helps in preventing or getting injuries during an attack.

Management

The first aid for a seizure depends on the type of seizure occurring. Generalized seizures will cause the person to fall, which may result in injury. A tonic–clonic seizure results in violent movements that cannot and should not be suppressed.
The person should never be restrained, nor should there be any attempt to put something in the mouth.
Potentially sharp or dangerous objects should also be moved from the vicinity, so that the individual is not hurt.
After the seizure if the person is not fully conscious and alert, they should be placed in the recovery position.
Bystanders should remain calm and avoid crowding the person.
It is not necessary to call an ambulance if the person is known to have epilepsy, if the seizure is shorter than five minutes and is typical for them, if it is not immediately followed by another seizure, and if the person is uninjured.
Otherwise, or if in any doubt, medical assistance should be sought.
A seizure longer than five minutes is a medical emergency.
Usage of prescribed medicine.

Safety

A sudden fall can lead to broken bones and other injuries. Children who are affected by frequent drop seizures may wear helmets to protect the head during a fall.
The unusual behavior resulting from the chaotic brain activity of a seizure can be misinterpreted as an aggressive act. This may invoke a hostile response or police involvement, where there was no intention to cause harm or trouble.
A seizure response dog can be trained to summon help or ensure personal safety when a seizure occurs. These are not suitable for everybody. Rarely, a dog may develop the ability to sense a seizure before it occurs.

i'm sure dat almost everyone loves to eat chocolates. like every gal even i used to eat chocolates like hell and used to get chocolates as gifts from near n dear ones almost everyday..sometime back wen i was doing college. later i gave up eating chocolates for health reasons. though i used to crave for them i controlled myself fully from eating. somehow i find chocolates gifted by frns are more tastier and more chocolaty than the 1s we buy. may b it's becoz they buy the chocolates 'with love' for us and we buy 'with money' for ourselves.  woteva...the child i(n) me was terribly happy and became euphoric wen i restarted eating chocolates. now i dont care for my health for sometime (may b till it gets spoiled / disturbed.:P). i felt i was lil harsh to myself all these 7yrs without chocolates..
i used to eat chocolates everyday....yeah everyday 1 temptations...thanks to my frn sandy for those temptations. i've met him recently after a long time. he got chocolates for me with love, i cudnt say no but accept and broke my rules for health. hehehee..it's fun!
thanku cadbury temptations...for this beautiful feeling-reunion of frns. gals have this habit of preserving the chocolate wrappers, and other stuff. i used to dat wen i was in college(early teens). 1 fine day..my dad found the bag (in which i used to store them) n got badly shocked to know that i ate so many chocolates. i was prepared that he's gonna bash me but he  said no word but threw dat bag out....oh i found it more painful. but that was the end..afte that incident i havnt ever preserved any wrappers/ gift covers n no attachments with such stuff. now for me relishing the chocolate is more imp than the wrapper...lols.
i've tasted this cadbury dairymilk silk just 4 days back n am lovin it. wish i get to eat more n more chocolates n chocolaty ice-creams everyday.

~~LoVe DaLe~~

She's a strong n brave young lady...she lives with higher aspirations and great respect for others feelings, opinions and emotions. She lives in her small world of happiness with few friends, near n dear ones. she accepts all kinds of cultures, traditions and styles of life. she finds everything beautiful n meaningful. she enjoys listening to all types of stories..thrilling, fiction and love stories as well. she tries to enjoy all kinds of life experiences because she thinks it's really important to have. her friends used to consult her to solve many problems. although she's not really experienced and has enough age to deal such issues, because of the wisdom she has....she used to help them to resolve by being empathetic and smart. she's fun loving and very cheerful. she's gotta very good friends-circle and a lovely family. everything about her was good and she's just like a happy princess.
once she fell n met with an accident. she survived with great difficulty. life took a "U" turn after that accident. her dreams shattered, her relationships got disturbed. for sometime. she couldn't understand to whom to tell how n wot exactly she's feeling. the person responsible for her accident took time to know what he has done to her. but her intention was not that he should just know what has happened to her because of him but understand what she's being through n to give her want she wants. she least expects mercy from him. because she feels she's strong enough to bare the pain all by herself as she has great respect for him and his life, just like the way she has for her own feelings n life. the accident has eventually brought a great change in her attitude n her approach towards life. she became more responsible, thoughtful, career oriented, directional n mature enough. the changes were both intentional n unintentional. however, the accident made her feel more liberal towards others n especially towards the person because of whom she fell n met with the great accident. although she felt very strange altogether, she managed to be normal with him. slowly life became beautiful n she started loving her life even if life wasn't really great like earlier....for she met with an accident...n fell in "LOVE" .
she's finds some kind of addictive happiness weneva she thinks of him. she finds him everywer n feels all the love stories n songs are so very true. she calls her love as a 'divine n pure' feeling n hence, she doesn't beg him to love her. he doesnt have any feelings for her, n she genuinely respects this. the beauty is... she doesn't ever try for him, coz.. she gives utmost value to her love...she has love for him in the sizes of sky. she's finding herself in a new avatar after the accident which no one knows/seen in her...n that avatar has caused her pay so much of respect n value for the love she has for him. she wants him for the lifetime n for every life. she wants infinite rebirths n him as her love for that many times. at times she feels hopeless but she knows that she gets woteva she wants n woteva she deserves. she's a believer of god n his existence in every individual, hence, she's so much of respect for everyone. she feels so secured coz he's still single, n insecured weneva he talks abt other gals.
is this a common feeling for all true lovers? i met this gal around 10 months back n after knowing about her n her true love i felt so good n proud of her. i sincerely wish her get him very soon n have a beautiful times....coz i heard that love makes life beautiful! i understand that she loves his company...now i think he shd have given her a company  while she was falling in love. it wud have been great. i cant stop admire her n him as well. from her i've learnt that he's a wonderful person n she feels him as her soulmate. wish her good luck.

love...

I - me - myself

I know it's really hard for any1 to justify 'I - me - myself' concept..but i'm finding it as a possible 1. It takes a thought and lil more effort to be so...but it gives immense satisfaction,,,,,n believe it or not life seems to be having full of life.
I've attended a 5-day workshop on movement and yoga for children with special needs. here in the workshop we the participants (parents and special educators of children with special needs) have seen a newside of the life. after the workshop i have realized how powerful 'Belief' is, how much important it is to have 'patience'. I had both of them earlier in adequate quantities...but now the change in me is qualitative. It is the fruit of the workshop. it has boasted my confidence, faith, belief, hard work and morals.the quality of my life has improved.
this phase of my life (transition period ) is a critical period. for me, a life void of job/work and especially without kids-around is just a 'hell' in one word. every time, weneva i finish college and wait for college counseling/ go for a job hunt makes my life worsen. usually this period is a period of great depression for me. but this year is a bit different. i have forced myself not to b depressed n iv been trying real hard for dat. weneva i just start yo 'try' things happen...and luckily i'v attended this workshop...n henceforth there are least number of chances for me to b depressed.
the workshop also has given me a scope to explore my teaching methodologies in 'curative education clubbed with special education'.
life seems to b not just material....it's also magical. certain things happen like some magic. wen i work with kids i see some magic happening with their performance or their conditions. just wonder how...? the beauty is even parents report of some magic happening with theirs kid's performances. magic / miracle? the moment i realized that some magic's really happening around...i started googling to get history, basis n proof. after lil bit of googling...i continued to be myself and i enjoyed the magic. it's fun and thrilling...it's most wanted.
coming back to the things that have happened/ changed becoz of the workshop include...'Me'---becoming more cheerful and liberal. i'm liberal to myself and others...it doesnt mean that i give complete and limitless freedom. it only means that the respect i have for others feelings and opinions, their beliefs and behaviors has increased.
ya...1 more wonder has happened...i've actually taken a comment passed on me to my heart n accepted (took it for granted) it becoz i was only viewing their comment from their point of view. later my friend's compliment gave a thought and i realized that the earlier passed on comment wasnt actually true. lately i realized that both the comment n compliment weren't true except my own opinion. from my point of view something abt me was more meaningful.. it wasnt neither ugly (the comment i received) nor beautiful (the compliment, that was quite contradictory). hence the workshop has raised my self esteem.

thanks to the workshop...now for me....aaaaal iiiiiiis welllllllllll!!!!!
